| 2009年前三季度我国非金融类对外直接投资超过300亿美元 |

 据商务部统计，今年一至三季度，我国境内投资者共对全球112个国家和地区的1612家境外企业进行了直接投资，累计实现非金融类对外直接投资(下同)328.7亿美元，同比增长0.5%;其中三季度当季对外直接投资204.7亿美元，同比增长190.4%,较上季环比增长135.3%。第三季度对外直接投资额超过了前两季度的总和，这也是今年以来我国非金融类对外直接投资首次出现增长。 统计显示,一至三季度我国对外直接投资额在1亿美元以上的国家（地区）17个,较上年同期增加4个。以收购方式实现的直接投资143亿美元,占到我国同期投资总额的43.5%,收购领域主要涉及采矿业、制造业等。 |
