The ministers of three countries expressed their welcome and support to the success of the 2nd China-Japan-ROK Leaders’ meeting, and decided to implement the leaders’ consensus by taking follow-up measures. The three parties agree to instruct the senior government officials to start negotiation and discussion on trilateral FTA joint research by the government, industry and academia early in 2010. The three parties also agree to reach a substantive consensus on the Trilateral Investment Agreement in early 2010, and continue to implement the action plan of business environment improvement to enhance further its transparency.
